Perillas

started based off of the belief that focusing on people ultimately creates more value than focusing primarily on profits. We want to treat every human being as having dignity and worth. We also want to be good stewards of our resources and opportunities. Oh, and we want to share the joy of delicious Korean food, food that we’ve come to know and love.

Employees

We want to inspire our employees and have them be excited to come into work. If you are part of our team, then it is our duty to make sure you’re cared for. We won't have all the answers, but we are deeply committed to doing the best we can.

Fresh Ingredients

We are convicted that what we put into our bodies matters. We want to make sure we are doing our part in providing the freshest ingredients. We try to source these locally as best we can. We want to make sure that we are providing high quality bibimbap bowls for our consumers, and developing lasting relationships with local farms.

Sustainability

We want to be good stewards of our environment. All of our bowls are made from a blend of plant based fibers or wheat straw. They are certified compostable by the Biodegradable Products Institute and meet ASTM standards.

Social Impact

We are blessed. We want to do what we can to give back and help those who may be struggling. We’ve partnered with Rise Against Hunger and you, our customer, to implement a Bowl4Bowl initiative. We will donate a meal to someone in need for each bowl that you purchase. Read more.
